Refund policy
At Mercado Global, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our Return & Refund Policy is here to guide you through the process. Please read the following policy carefully before making a return or refund request.
1. Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the item to initiate the return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How to start a return:
Email operations@mercadoglobal.org with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll provide instructions for sending the item back.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
- A restocking fee may apply to some items. This will be clearly stated in the product description.
3. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, you may do so within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us at operations@mercadoglobal.org with your order number and the item you wish to exchange. We will guide you through the exchange process.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable. These include:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Sale or final clearance items
- Opened or used items (except defective products)
Please ensure you review your order carefully before purchasing to avoid purchasing non-returnable products.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover any shipping fees associated with the return.
How to report a damaged or defective item: Please email us at operations@mercadoglobal.org with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item. We will promptly assist you with a solution.
6. Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days after we’ve processed it, please contact us at operations@mercadoglobal.org. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
